Belgrade Circle
The Belgrade Circle is the oldest and most renowned NGO in Belgrade. It has linked up with the following Serbia -based NGOs to draft the “Declaration on the obligations of the Serbian state…”: Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights, Center for Cultural Decontamination, Civic Initiatives, Helsinki Commission for Human Rights in Serbia, Women in Black, Humanitarian Law Center, Youth Initiative for Human Rights.
